Cables keep coming out because power cords are pulled instead of the socket at times. Most of the 2 pin plugs sold in out country are of cheap quality and do not have built-in stress relief for cables.. Cable ties do not cover the large openings of these plugs, as a result knots are necessary.

Pehle machine ko Bosch ke service center pe lejao, agar vo warranty mein badalte hai toh acha hai, nahi toh armature ke bearings badalvalo. Machine ko kholke dekhna padega ki actually issue kya hai.

Bike ke wheel bearings, swing arm bushings, aur steering cone set check karvake servicing karo, fir far nahi lagega. Fork mein liqui moly ka 15W fork oil daalne ke baad se bike bohot stable chalti hai meri top speed pe bhi.

Head gasket new lagalo. Jo bhi parts lagao genuine Bajaj ke lagana, aftermarket parts se dikkat aati hai.

Your unit has a fault, it should boost voltage to at least 210-220 volts. Get it checked by V-Guard technician.

You can first ask V-Guard customer care regarding this issue, in case they suggest, get the unit replaced. I really doubt if a new unit would have such an issue since V-Guard stabilizers are quality checked after production. Since I do not own the particular model you are facing issues with, it will be hard to tell the voltage at which stabilizer boosts or bucks, but we can reasonably infer that 198 volts should be boosted to at least 210 volts.

5-10 mil overfill karne se zyaada dikkat nahi ayegi par bohot zyaada daalne se dikkat aati hai.

Most Indian companies sell cheap quality Chinese products at high prices. People get sentimental due to slogans like Make in India, Vocal for local, etc. and make wrong choice. I support indian companies that really make good quality products in India, but if we have to buy rebranded Chinese goods, it is much better to buy a premium brand which offers better quality and service.
